Move for Youth, is a project in collaboration between United Way East Ontario, Centraide Outaouais and National Bank that runs from May 1-15, 2025. The goal is to reach 1,500 participants, log 150 million total steps and raise $150,000 dollars in two weeks!
The challenge supports vital youth programs such as homework clubs, mental health services, life skills training and support for youth experiencing homelessness.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE:

STEP 1: Snap the QR code with your mobile device and download the MoveSpring app from the App Store or Google Play. (This is a FREE app)
STEP 2: Select “Sign up” and enter the code uw-centraide to create your account. STEP 3: If you have an Apple Watch or other fitness tracker, connect it to the MoveSpring app, so it can track your steps. You can also choose to enter your steps manually. STEP 4: Turn notifications on, so you will receive updates. |
